After CBSE 12th examination, now the MP Board class 12th exam has also been canceled.

State Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan made this announcement today on June 6, 2021..

Shivraj Singh Chouhan in his tweet highlighted that ‘The class 12th board examinations shall not be conducted in Madhya Pradesh this year. Children’s lives are precious to us. We will worry about their career later. We can’t put the mental burden of examinations on our children at a time when the COVID – 19 pandemic is already burdened by them!’

Earlier, Madhya Pradesh Minister of State for School Education Inder Singh Parmar had indicated the cancellation of the examination.

However, he has said that after discussion with the Chief Minister, a decision can be taken on this on Wednesday. After the cancellation of CBSE 12th examination, he had tweeted saying, ‘In view of the current situation of Covid 19 infection, the Government of India has decided to cancel the CBSE 12th board examination. The Prime Minister has taken care of the lives of our students.

Earlier, Inder Singh Parmar had said in a TV interview that we will first ensure the safety of the children and will not compromise on their health and safety. The option of conducting the examination will be considered only in the case of normal circumstances.

The Education Minister had reiterated that online examinations can’t be conducted due to the lack of resources.

Evaluation system of marks

MP Board class 10th Exam Result by Internal Assessment
Earlier, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has canceled the 10th board examination for the current academic session 2020 – 21. The examination result of class 10th regular students will be calculated by fixing the weightage of marks of half-yearly examination or pre-board examination, unit test, and internal assessment. Since there is no provision of internal assessment for self-study students, mark sheets will be issued to all the students by marking the minimum marks (33%).

If students are not satisfied with their marks which they obtained by this process they can participate in offline mode exam. It will be contacted when this pandemic situation will over.

MP Board class 10th exam was to be held from 30 April to 19 May. Similarly, class 12th examination from 1 May to 21 May 2021. However, the exams had to be postponed due to the Corona pandemic.

As the prime minister have announced that the wellness of students are our frist priority then it is seem to be that the all state board will cancel there exams.
