Refund and Cancellation

Thank you for giving NCERT-Infrexa, formerly known as NCERT-Solutions an opportunity to serve you.
Our focus is your satisfaction. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and defects or damages are proved after the investigation. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to NCERT – Infrexa/Infrex India.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website and its use.
- Website refers to NCERT-Infrexa, accessible from https://ncert.infrexa.com
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are not entitled to cancel Your prepaid Order once your order is placed on our website and the confirmation of the same is sent to you in your mail.
In otherwise case, you have a scope and rights to cancel your order and seek refunds as per the below conditions –
- If NCERT – Infrexa is not able to deliver your digital product (s) even after 24 hrs you have successfully placed an order and paid the amount for the service/product.
- In orders, except prepaid, you can cancel your order anytime before its delivery.
You shall be entitled to a refund only if – NCERT – Infrexa/Infrex India is unable to deliver your order or the delivered product is not functioning properly or have any serious nature of issue (s), or if we deem it necessary after having considered your issue.
All refunds will be processed on a prorated basis, fully or partially after necessary deductions, depending on the status of the Product/Service delivery. Refunds will be done directly to the original payment mode or your wallet within seven working days of the finalization of the claim.
The deadline for making any claim regarding refunds is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or services. Note: Refund requests received later than 7 days of purchase will not be honored.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation or claim, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You may or may not incur any or some fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods/services to be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that:
- The Goods/services were purchased in the last 7 days only.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods/Services made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods/Services that are not eligible for return due to our policy.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk involved in transit or cancellation of services. You may levy some fees/charges for such returns/refunds.
NCERT-Infrexa / Infrex India offers “digital goods and services” only through its Site (s). All digital products or services purchased on Infrex India/NCERT – Infrexa is delivered instantaneously or within the maximum timeline of 24 working hours.
No Physical Products are sold or shipped by NCERT – Infrexa/Infrex India presently.
If the Goods/Services were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
