In this, it is the responsibility of the government to reach out to every sick or sick person and provide them with health care. That’s why so many hospitals and clinics are built in the country. If seen in detail, then this responsibility lies with the health care system of our country. Health promotion services help patients reduce their risk of disease and follow a healthy lifestyle.

The healthcare system provides four types of services

For personal health care, it is not necessary that you have to go to a hospital regularly to get checked your health. Rather, health can be taken care of even by staying at home. Like eating a proper diet, exercising regularly, promoting physical activities, getting complete rest, having some free time along with work, etc.

For good health care, our food should be simple and energetic. We dictate to eat food to get energy. So that with strength we can work. By getting complete nutrients, we can do all our work effectively.

If any nutrient is missed from our consumption, then due to its deficiency or lack, the immunity power of our body may also decrease. Due to this, we can fall prey to many types of diseases.

According to medical science, there are three components of a balanced diet

  1. Seeds, grains almonds, walnuts, dates, etc.
  2. Vegetables
  3. fruit

Our diet is complete only by consuming these three ingredients. We should take only fresh and covered food. But it is necessary to eat all things in a proper quantity. Neither less nor more food should be consumed.

Overripe or raw fruits and vegetables should not be eaten. Excessive fat and salt intake should also be avoided. All vegetables and fruits should be thoroughly washed before eating. It should be mandatory to drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Excess consumption of spices is also bad for health. Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs should not be used. Only clean and pure water should be consumed. It is necessary to boil milk before drinking it.

Do exercise regularly

To maintain good health, we should take regular walks. The morning walk is the best. We should go to open fields or to some garden or the bank of a lake or canal.

We can visit the gym to build muscle. But to do intense exercise, it is not necessary to go to gymnasiums only. According to medical experts, we should do the exercise until the appropriate amount of sweat starts coming out from our armpits.

After taking a bath, only clean and clean clothes should be worn. These should be changed again daily. Clothing made of polyester, nylon, and terylene should be avoided.

Hair should be combed and oil should also be applied. Nails should be cut.

Rest Well

Along with working, the human body also needs rest. Therefore, out of the 24 hours of the day, we must necessarily rest for 8 hours.

At the time of insomnia, one should sleep after drinking a cup of milk. This increases the chances of getting a full and sound sleep.

Any unnecessary work before sleeping like watching mobile phone/laptop/TV for hours can worsen the pattern of sleep.

Any kind of quarrel or emotional trauma should also be avoided before going to sleep.

Use idle time

We need leisure hours. Working all the time is also not good for your health. We must have one or more healthy hobbies to spend our free time happily and productively. Make it a habit to read a book, take care of plants, collect stamps or coins, visit friends, or watch interesting or entertaining serials.

Sports such as horse riding, playing limp, playing with pieces, playing with carrom, and playing other board games are also included in the hobby. Along with this, there can also be hobbies like domestic work such as making food items of your choice, knitting or sewing, cleaning the house, etc.

We should avoid all quarrels and tensions. Greed should be given up. Anger hurts our nerves a lot. We should try to stay in the company of good friends and those who bring us real happiness.

Laughter is considered the best medicine. It is vital to achieving the objectives of good health care. That’s why we should keep partaking in some new, healthy jokes often. We should avoid stale, sarcastic, and unhealthy jokes that can offend someone.

If our mind tries to mislead us we should give it the right direction. As a great sage said, “Not only does the mind direct the body, but the body can also direct the mind” It depends on our willpower.

They cannot refuse health check-ups or treatment to anyone based on religion, caste, creed, complexion, language, sex, etc., and rich and poor. Therefore, health care is appropriate for all.

It gives us financial protection in case of any serious accident or illness. Our Health Insurance coverage can save us from too much, and unexpected medical expenses. Access to comprehensive and quality health services is important. Health care must focus on creating social benefits to fulfill its promise to society.
